David Castellanos, has been working in the Real Estate industry for the last 7 years, receiving his Brokers license in 2004.  Before entering Real Estate, he was a sales/marketing representative in Silicon Valley supporting many small to large technology companies including; AMD, Compaq, Maxim and Atmel.  He specializes through his education and sales experience, the ability to help his clients market their properties and prepare them for sale.  He is also very comfortable negotiating contracts and getting the best deal for his buyers and sellers.  David enjoys most working with and getting to know his clients.  He hopes he can build lasting relationships and continue to help his clients on all their future real estate transactions.

Louis Godoy has etched a diverse and eclectic career beginning with 10yrs service in the US Marine Corps.  While serving, he took a course with a world renowned chef and was hooked.  After the military Louis became a chef, earning a four star rating in 1982 from Joseph Izzo, Jr.  He studied the Culinary and Fine Arts in the Monterey Bay Area and became a Pastry Chef.  He extended into ice sculpturing, pulled sugar pieces and colorful French pastries.
